A wide smile stretches over the liege's face as he bows his head to the warrior. Indeed, Zhuge Ke has heard much of the great Xiang Yu of Chu, of his great feats and skills in battle and of course his pride and bravery, so he was even more surprised when Xiang Yu talked about retiring.
"Xiang Yu of Chu, you are free to live here and live a happy life. I am sure you will find it quite comfortable here," added Ke with a chuckle.
He hoped that more people, like Xiang Yu, would recognize the ultimate failure of wars and start a completely new chapter in building up a country that will last.

After the chat with Xiang Yu...
Only after a few moments later the council was suddenly filled with people that prepared everything for the banquet that was to hold. Food, whine, stools for the guests, everything was yet needed to be set up.
Bei Hai was no huge city to be sure, but the people worked hard to set up everything as it should be. Ke walked around the council and inspected the people's works, quite content as he was with the people's efforts he clapped his hands together as usual and let out a good laugh.
"Ok people, we are almost finished! Great work!"

Xiang Yu was happy to hear this from his new Lord
"Thank You my lord im forever in your debt you finally giving me a peace to rest, now if you excuse me i want to take a look at the beautiful city of yours"
*XIang Yu bowed deeply before Zhuge Ke and began to walk around in Bei Hai to see where he is going to live*

Chen Tai entered the council, and at first, he was surprised on how the council's interior changed in such a short amount of time. Chen Tai firstly looked around a bit, he only saw common people or guards laughing, eating and even drinking wine but he saw no person of great importance. Only Zhuge Ke who was siting and eating a piece of meat talked with another official and laughed occasionaly.
Chen Tai stood there, he could not help but to chuckle now that the long-awaited peace has been finaly reastablished. All, apsolutely all in the council deserved to feel happy and even proud that they have survived the ferocities of war.
Chen Tai almost began to cry when he took a piece of bread from a servant's plate and began eating it with joy. He took a seat in a corner and took a deep breath.

Ooc: I wasn't eating meat. I'm a vegetarian >_<
Zhuge Ke sat there and ate an apple while he listened to the stories of one his officials Wu Meng. Zhuge Ke always kept an eye on the main doors of the council to see if someone important would stop by.
Zhuge Ke of course spotted Chen Tai immediately so he got up and went to greet his once loyal general. Now he was considered a good friend and adviser. He approached him and bowed politely
"Master Xuanbo, why don't join our conversation?" asked Ke politely.

After Xiang Yu has settled down somewhere in Xiang Yu began to walk toward the Banquet there were all types off people peasants,Officials,Soliders...it was just like he imagined he sat somewhere near Zhuge Ke and began to eat
"Lord Zhuge Ke its finally over those people look so happy,i wanted to thank you once again for allowing me to settle down in your city,
the peasants will truly have a great future under you,by the way Lord why dont you eat some meat look at the delicious meals on the plate and your just eating an apple"
Xiang Yu began to laugh
"I never met someone who doesnt eat meat may you explain me why dont you eat meat?"
*with a smile on his face he drank some wine and ate some pork*

Zhuge Ke watched Xiang Yu with curiosity as he ate the pork on the large table near him. He could not help but to chuckle at his question. He sat down near him and folded his arms.
"That is a good question Master Yu. Back when I was a child, my father and I have once gone hunting, and as the will of the heavens can be unpredictable at times, a wild tiger lurked at us and attacked us. Fortunately my father killed the beast with his bow before it could harm us. Then out of a sudden, another tiger appeared and started eating the corpse. I was so shocked I couldn't eat anything for a week. I would say since then I'm a vegetarian." Ke waited for the reaction of Xiang Yu.

"Ah well that would explain it,well if it was heavens will indeed you should continue not eating meat otherwise you may receive divine punishment and thats really not what i and all your retainers want
oh and it would be bad for the peasant too"
Xiang Yu had pretty much fun on the banquet which was very unusual
"My lord as far is i know vegetarians are allowed to drink some Shao Xing(rice wine)may i pour some Shao Xing in your cup i mean we have to celebrate this great achivement and now would be the right time"
*when he offered him the wine he bowed with a cup of wine before him waiting that he would accept*

Zhuge Ke accepted the cup of rice wine and drank it in one fill. Then he leans against his chair with a relaxed expression on his face, he chuckled heartily. He was happy and surprised to see Xiang Yu so relaxed, he hadn't had that feeling for a long time.
"So master Yu, what do you think of Bei Hai?" was the next question of Ke.
